Short version: not much.

The app. HexPalace keeps your prop bag, settings and chat logs on your own computer, and it doesn't send us anything. A palace you connect to sees what any Palace client shares: your name, what you say, your avatar and a client ID. Each palace is run by its owner, under its own rules. The app also loads the palace directory, and video players like YouTube or Vimeo when a room plays something, and those services have their own policies.

Your email. If you sign up, we keep your email, what you asked about and when. We use it to tell you about that one thing. We don't sell it or share it, and it isn't a newsletter.

Bot checks. The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to stop bots. It only loads when you click into the field.

Traffic. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and doesn't track you across sites.

Getting off the list. Email [email protected] and we'll delete your address.
